Great Salesperson. Not great Sales manager. This is our third Kia to buy from this dealership. This is the second time that Donald has sold a car to us. Donald is a great salesperson. He is courteous and kind and did all that he could to help us find the car that was right for us at the price that we wanted. The problems I had were with the sales manager. I didn't appreciate how the sales manager played the "game" of negotiating. First of all, although he had not discussed payments with me he suggested that I was writing a check for the full price. Next, he set it up where I was paying a 3% interest rate when Donald and I had discussed that we would be paying no interest. I know that there's always negotiations that have to be done, but can't the WHOLE experience be an enjoyable one? I don't know that I will be purchasing another Kia from this dealership. More
