They are dirty and unethical! Signed the papers to buy, they put a metal license plate on my new vehicle, we drove off with "our" new car. Days went by and they still hadn't payed off my trade. I ended up going down there and was told they would fix it and overnight the check to my bank...two days later, they called us and told us to bring the car back...over 2 weeks later!!! They didn't offer in anyway to reconcile what they did. I've been talking to people and this isn't the first time they've done this. A friend of mine said they lied on a credit app, in order to get a higher interest rate, so they could pocket the money. Stay away from these crooks!!! More

With this really being my first foray into dealing with car dealerships and sales people, I haven’t been really sure what to expect in all this, but you truly were a breath of fresh air. You were very straight forward and honest and help understand what I need to do going forward to get my ‘dream car’ later on. I wish we had come to you earlier when we were inquiring about trading my father’s Altima in. I felt like the guy in Fort Walton was a little less than honest about our situation at the time. In my 15 years in the Air Force, we were always taught to recognize outstanding service so I wanted to make sure that I took some time to do that today. I have a plan in place to get myself on the right track thanks to your advice and am looking forward to doing business with you in the future! Thank you again for all your help! More

I was so dissatisfied and disappointed with how they treated a customer! Not to mention KELLY PORTO the one in charge of my fiancé’s car was beyond rude! Beware of this dealership!!! Excellent service Went in to window shop and the dealer James Madden was great. He was able to sell us 2 cars on the spot with a deal we were happy with. It was a long Went in to window shop and the dealer James Madden was great. He was able to sell us 2 cars on the spot with a deal we were happy with. It was a long process and he fed us and stayed 2 hrs after closing time to help us. He even went as far as showed us and set up every gadget and use of features for both cars after hours! He's the best salesman I ever met and caring not just to sell a car. Check for him when you go buy a car. More

A true hug and a smile I don't think I could've asked for a better sales person, I was nervous they would talk over my head or push me in the direction they wanted instead o I don't think I could've asked for a better sales person, I was nervous they would talk over my head or push me in the direction they wanted instead of where I wanted.
