Vehicles should be inspected before being listed I’ve dealt with a very helpful sales rep who really tried hard to get me a good deal while never making me feel pressured. He put in hours of work wit I’ve dealt with a very helpful sales rep who really tried hard to get me a good deal while never making me feel pressured. He put in hours of work with many hours of time on my end as well to get me a great deal on exactly what I was looking for. However it all turned out to be a waste when the vehicle was sent to get a service inspection and deemed unable to be sold. While I appreciate the due diligence in making sure the vehicle will be safe, I do not appreciate hours of time and effort on my part just to find this out at the last moment. Why would the policy not be to do the service check PRIOR to listing the vehicle for sale? This would prevent wasted time on the part of salespeople as well as upset potential customers who feel they’ve been jerked around unnecessarily. If not for the service I received from the salesman this would most definitely have been a 1 star review. More

Couldn't be more pleased Neil was great from the beginning to end. I was only trying to decide if I wanted a new car, I wasn't sure until he explained about the Forte and all Neil was great from the beginning to end. Mechelle and Neil were my salespeople and they were very honest, told me my credit was good and I got a new Soul! So excited and love the color! Mechelle and Neil are awesome!
