My grandsons (Bentley-5 & Silas-almost 4), their parents and myself are so ecstatic with the roominess and more seating area the Sorento is giving us. We can now be on the move in one vehicle. Chris at the front desk was ru After reading all of the one star reviews about the service center, I don’t feel like I was the only one treated badly. Chris at the front desk was rude, told me, “you’re just going to have to wait” while he was typing away on the computer. He ignored me for about five minutes, but looked up at several people walking by and spoke to them. I was the only one standing at the desk and he continued to ignore me. Then, he told me I didn’t have an appointment after I stood up there for ten minutes. When I started to complain, he walked off and continued to refuse to acknowledge me. I really hate that I am stuck coming here. I won’t make the same mistake again. Terrible service! More
