Second Car Purchase in 12 Months! When Desmond contacted me a few weeks ago, I didn't think there was a chance in the world my wife and I would benefit from trading in our 2019 Kia Sou When Desmond contacted me a few weeks ago, I didn't think there was a chance in the world my wife and I would benefit from trading in our 2019 Kia Soul. We hadn't even owned it for a year yet! However, Desmond kept working at it, and eventually he put a deal in front of me that I would have been a fool to turn down. Des did all of the hard work before we ever came to the lot. By the time we got there, the deal was approved, and all we had to do was wait for the paperwork. In this COVID-19 era, that means that we spent *much* less time actually in the dealership than a typical car deal. Bottom line, Desmond sought us out and worked to make a deal that we would benefit from. It wasn't just about making another sale. There was no pestering or pushiness.
