Found a truck online. Filled out the questions. Spoke with the sales woman several times ( Stacey) then told her I would be on my way to get the truck ( about an hour and half away ). Just before I was to leave she sends me an e mail that she sold the truck. When I called I was told “ I can’t control who walks onto the lot”. After writing my review and how disrespectful they were I was given a reply by the owner that it was his understanding that I was verbally abusive towards his sale person and manager. No kidding!!!!! Wouldn’t you be when your treated with no respect? I guess a car salesman is always a car salesman. The “owner” didn’t even have the guts to call me or talk in person to try to make things right. DO NOT buy from this dealership. They are not stand up honest people. They only care about the sale. They have absolutely no integrity. More

Love the video from my inspection and the works oil change. When he test drove my car he found a noise coming from a worn front strut and needed to get a new set. An expensive surprise, but needed. Took my car into Keyser, Miller ford. My ford had 90,000 miles on it, I got state inspection and oil change. The person working on my car did a wonderful job with my car.
