This is a good local dealership. We have pruchased over the years 4+ cars. Service has always been good. During Covid had to replace alterantor, water pump and a few other parts. Due to the supply chain problems we had to use 3rd pary parts. Was not happy about that. That is a Ford manufacture issue not service. The service team did the best with what the could get. I love the video walk throughs for service. After all it is ja Ford. More

Initial meeting was great on a thursday, was told car would be ready the following Tuesday. Heard nothing on Tuesday had to follow up twice on Tuesday. Said it would b ready on Wednesday. Hear nothing would be ready the following Tuesday. Heard nothing on Tuesday had to follow up twice on Tuesday. Said it would b ready on Wednesday. Hear nothing till I followed up, found out it would be ready on Thursday, heard nothing on Thursday till I followed up twice. Said it would be ready Friday morning, had to follow up again multiple times on Friday. I understand things happen, however having to follow up in order to get an update is unacceptable. I was told they had to do a re-alignment in order to get rid of a shaking while on the highway, unfortunately 5 days after purchase I am experiencing a shaking while driving on the highway. More

Easy car buying experience. Traded my old Civic for a newer (used) model they had on-site. I'm not a huge domestic brand person and usually stick with Hondas or Toyotas, but if you're in the market for a new or used Ford, they seemed competitively priced. Worth adding them to your list of places to check if you're buying in the area. More
