I purchased a 2019 Cadillac CT6. I was told that the car would be ready for pick up at a specific time but when I arrived, I was told that I had to wait another 20 mins which turned I was told that the car would be ready for pick up at a specific time but when I arrived, I was told that I had to wait another 20 mins which turned out to be more like two hours. Additionally, before buying the car I pointed out the center A/C vent was broken and my sales rep told me that they would fix it. After I took possession of the car, I discovered that they tried gluing the broken piece to the vent instead of actually fixing the vent. I also discovered that the passenger side vent was broken and also needs to be replaced. You would think for the price I paid for this car ($40,000+), these two small items would have been fixed before handing the car over to me. Disappointed that the sales rep did not address these details properly, it says a lot about used car salesmen. What's amazing is that I priced out the two parts and they cost a total of about $150.00. I have decided to take the car to a Cadillac dealership where they will fix these issues properly. I would have been willing to overlook the poor communication about the pick up time, but not addressing the A/C vent correctly says a lot about the sales rep and the dealership itself. Safe to say, I will not be buying any more cars from this dealership. More

First off, this review is not a condemnation of the salesman. He was fantastic. My issue ultimately lies with the dealerships owner and the maintenance manager. On April 10th, I purchased a pre owned V salesman. He was fantastic. My issue ultimately lies with the dealerships owner and the maintenance manager. On April 10th, I purchased a pre owned Volvo S60 from this dealership. The maintenance department checked the brakes, rotors, fluids etc. Apparently nobody looked at the battery. It was the original battery that came with the car. It was in there since 2015, and I bought the car in April of 2023. Within 48 hours, I got a message on the dash saying, "low battery charge". I reached out to the salesman and I got "oh, sorry to hear that", in return. No offer from them to replace the battery. Ultimately, I HAD TO take the car to a Volvo dealer, where I paid $458 for a new battery, labor, and the resetting of the cars computer. I sent an email asking for a manager to contact me, and I got no response. In 30 years of buying cars, I have never been stuck with a car with a battery that was 7 to 8 years old. More

Scheduled a mobile service recall to fix the problem. They showed up right on time. The technician was very polite and answered all my questions. He went about his work and was finished in about 40 minut They showed up right on time. The technician was very polite and answered all my questions. He went about his work and was finished in about 40 minutes. He explained what he had done and also upgraded our software in the car. He was very neat and clean. Did not leave the car a mess.When he left he gave us a flyer showing all the mobile services they will do at your home. He did very nice work. Will use the mobile service again i am sure. GREAT JOB!
