I am on my 3rd Ford from Keyser Miller Ford and I am pleased with the Service Department. This visit was for a recall and the 30,000 mile checkup and everything went according to plan. I thought the t pleased with the Service Department. This visit was for a recall and the 30,000 mile checkup and everything went according to plan. I thought the text message by my Technician Rhett was a pretty cool new item as I got to see some of what He was working on. I believe I was in and out of the appointment in an appropriate amount of time. More

Had a code for air bag that was just replaced in talking with service was told a 125.00 to diagnose, I insited they check the connections at air bag which they claim they did and once again stated 125.00 to diagnose. Took to another dealership who had it fixed within 30 minutes. Surprise the connections at air bag not locked in. Will never return there less then honest and poor workmanship. More

Brutal sales tactics Wish I could give no stars. I went in with a web ad and asked how the 2020 could be only $100 more than a 2019. I explained how a previous price was Wish I could give no stars. I went in with a web ad and asked how the 2020 could be only $100 more than a 2019. I explained how a previous price was calculated there and the new prices didn't make sense. Then I asked for the rebates to be broken out as the web showed the lump sum. Each question resulted in the salesperson going to the sales manager for 1/2 hour and returning with no answer. I was told the sales manager was still working on breaking out the rebates. We finally gave them a price, the sale person went back to the manager and returned stating that the web price is the lowest the price could go. We agreed and got the out the door price (tax and tags) written on a copy of the vehicle sticker (by the salesperson, not me taking notes). The next day, I returned with my trade for evaluation and to put money down. I was told the web price was a mistake and they had no responsibility for the web. Maybe the web price was wrong, but what about the extensive time that the price was reviewed on the previous day. Also I had to ask for my keys back several times so I could leave. The wrong price excuse, making me wait until I just give up and keeping the keys seem to match many articles written about bad car sales tactics. My advice, go somewhere else and then email the Keyser Miller to see if they will beat it. Never go there unless you like your time wasted. More
