I am on my 3rd Ford from Keyser Miller Ford and I am pleased with the Service Department. This visit was for a recall and the 30,000 mile checkup and everything went according to plan. Had air bag recall done on Ford Edge. With in two weeks air bag light came on. Had a code for air bag that was just replaced in talking with service was told a 125.00 to diagnose, I insited they check the air bag light came on. Had a code for air bag that was just replaced in talking with service was told a 125.00 to diagnose, I insited they check the connections at air bag which they claim they did and once again stated 125.00 to diagnose. Took to another dealership who had it fixed within 30 minutes. Surprise the connections at air bag not locked in. Will never return there less then honest and poor workmanship. More
The service department needs serious work. I have been there 2 times since I purchased my car and both times I was displeased.
