I was just having the first oil change on my new Tucson and I waited 3 hrs. This is my third Hyundai and so I have had quite a bit of experience in dealers service. My wait for an oil change has never been more than a hour. I am usually surprised that it was done so quickly. The rep I worked with was very nice and had told me that it would be 1 1/2 hrs to 2 hrs, so I expected it to be longer than usual, but not 3 hrs. In the future, I will have to decide if I want to spend my whole day at the dealers or was it worth the wait.... or try another dealership... More

Better than expected on a couple of levels I have not owned a Hyundai before but I have had dealings with KEYES that up until now had kept me from any KEYES operation. Sorry !! So now that the purchase is behind me.....my next concern is SERVICE. I have owned and had dealings with Toyota ( Bob Smith in La Crescenta ) and would highly recommend them to anyone.
