I went in to have my car checked, not serviced. I told two people exactly that. When Isaiah Figueroa the service advisor came to hand me a paper and told me it would take 2-3 hours I told him no no I told two people exactly that. When Isaiah Figueroa the service advisor came to hand me a paper and told me it would take 2-3 hours I told him no no I didn’t want anything service I wasn’t going to pay for that, I just wanted them to check a light. He looked confused and said that would take roughly 4 hours so I said thank you but no I need to come back another day for that, or take it elsewhere. I didn’t sign any paperwork proving I got my car serviced, yet on my Hyundai app it shows that I received a full maintenance on that very day. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here. It’s not worth dealing with this xxxxxxxx. Oh and when I tried to call and speak to a supervisor about what happened, I was left on hold, had to call back just to get left on hold again and then sent to voicemail. I will never come here again and rest assured every single person will know about your schemes More
Our experience in this dealership was a blessing! David J is an angel & provides a 10 star service to customers. Our problems were his to resolve the best possible. This dealership is a crook! I didn't buy any cars from them but the accept a loan under my name. I have been calling them to take car of it and they are giving me the run around. Service guy was great, explained everything but one thing I didn’t like was the price of the service performed. I have depended on the service department since the day I drove my Hyundai Tucson home. The receptionist sometimes has to let the service team know I called but I always get a call-back. When no one in town was selling a car at Sticker, these folks did, and it was top notch. My Salesman Dean was great as was his Manager Bobby. One promised and the other made sure it happened. I would highly recommend this dealership and my sales team. As you can read negative reports. Let's face it, anyone can have a bad day.. It looks like most people share my thoughts. More
This place has by far the worst customer service. I had scheduled an appointment for a test drive and was already pre-approved through capital one to purchase this car that day if everything went well. Not scheduled an appointment for a test drive and was already pre-approved through capital one to purchase this car that day if everything went well. Nothing went well. The car wasn’t even THERE. I had scheduled the appointment over the phone with MacGregor to meet David at 5:30pm to test drive. Apparently this information wasn’t communicated well enough because David was unprepared and didn’t even know the car was being serviced at a body shop until AFTER I arrived. In the email I got shortly after booking my appointment, it said “if something changes on my end, I'll give you the same courtesy.” I was not given the same courtesy and I wasted 2 hours to get there by bus. On top of that all, David was using scare tactics and telling me that “many people are interested in that car… we have people driving from San Diego to see our cars… our cars are high demand.” Shady jerk. Why is he bringing up other people when I literally have the pre-approval in my hand ready to test drive and buy this car THE SAME DAY. This Dealership as a whole definitely has poor communication between their coworkers because why was this information not relayed to David and why are they all so unprepared for a reservation? David had no remorse and kept saying “we’ll make it up to you” without actually doing anything that was beneficial for us. The entire time I was given willy nilly responses and apologies. He also said that they price all of their cars at a “bare BONE price” and they cannot budge even a dollar for a tint service. After all of this mess they couldn’t even consider the ONE request we had that was reasonable for the time wasted. This man just lies right through his teeth and you can tell. Do NOT trust him. What ever happened to the “make it right” part of customer service with these people? Do better. More
