I choose the earliest since I had a full day ahead of me and wanted to get the service done 1st I set my appointment night before and had 3 choices. My only suggestion would be to give a time frame for specific services. For instance, based on past experiences, how long should my 1st service have taken? Basic oil change, rotate tires and basic check up. I'd think most people would expect 30-60 minutes not 2 hours. If people know how long a service is going to take, it'll be easier to plan for. More

Excellent management staff Sid was great and very helpful in getting me into the Hyundai Sonata that I wanted. He helped me figure out payments and made the process easy for me.
