3/4 of way drive from S.D. for nothing! Sold the car from under us. We spoke with Javier (a Salesperson there) and told him that we would like to buy a certain car that they had there, Sold the car from under us. We spoke with Javier (a Salesperson there) and told him that we would like to buy a certain car that they had there, and told him that we would either come up now all the way from San Diego (at 6:30pm) or would just leave first thing in the morning, whatever would be best, as he said that they still had the car. He said that he would see if a Mgr would stay to close the deal and would call us back right away to let us know....He never called us back, so the next day we left in the morning so we could get there (again, from San Diego) to get first shot at buying the car. On the way there, when we saw that it was 9am and they were now open, we called to verify that the car was still there, but it had been sold the prior night( even though we were willing to drive up there that night when it was still available). Javier had left and didn’t notify us so we wasted our time and gas driving most of the way up there. Anyway, I wouldn’t have even bothered with writing this review, but honestly, after we told him on the phone that we were upset about it, he had no remorse, acted like he did nothing wrong at all, and just came off as a arrogant jerk that simply just did not care about our situation. I will not ever purchase a car from here and hope you will all learn from our experience and realize that this place takes the sale and doesn’t actually care about the other potential customers. Don’t waste your time, because they don’t care if you waste your time.....a perfect example right here. More

Very pleasant experience. I had an oil change and new tires installed. My contact point was a fellow named Angel and he really lived up to his name. I had a multipoint inspection that found 48 things right and 9 things wrong. A wonderfully simple computer program described the problems with simple descriptions and supporting pictures. It was very helpful and educational and I was not pressured into getting it serviced immediately. I felt a lot of freedom and choice through the whole experience. More
