Payed 743$ fora knock sensor, car broke down, this dealership is a joke, know one should be going through this nonsense I do not suggest buying a vehicle or taking it here for service. I took my vehi dealership is a joke, know one should be going through this nonsense I do not suggest buying a vehicle or taking it here for service. I took my vehicle in for service In November and did not receive my car back till January. When I received the car. It broke down that day at the light on Sepulveda. I payed 743$ for a knock sensor. Just for the car to fully break down and need an engine replacement. After the replacement I had to pay another 500$, it took them an extra month to fix the vehicle. My car broke down again 2 days ago and today they tell me it’s emissions. I spoke to Mr. Hovik the director or manager who said he would help me get my refund back and the day I went to talk to him he got in his black truck and drove away, hyundai will cause you stress and tell u everything is wrong with your car. Before you buy a car here just go visit the service area and see how it’s ran there. Do not purchase or get your car fixed here as you will be in trouble they did not want to even provide a loaner vehicle. As a consumer I’m highly disappointed and I want more people to know that the service here is completely a joke. If anyone else has had issues at hyundai at mission hills write a review here as I will be going on every platform to inform consumers about this place and the terrible service they gave me. More
Car got into a medium accident, and was driven to this dealership. It’s been there now for 3 months! We kept getting excuses, regarding estimates and ordering parts. After all this time, now they are sayi dealership. It’s been there now for 3 months! We kept getting excuses, regarding estimates and ordering parts. After all this time, now they are saying car is totaled, and we may have to pay more out of pocket after charging thousands of dollars from the insurance. We still don’t have out car back, and have no idea if we’ll even get it back intact. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership! More
The service department is the WORST service department I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I’ve tried to have an actual conversation with them for a week now and can’t get a hold of anyone nor do they cal I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I’ve tried to have an actual conversation with them for a week now and can’t get a hold of anyone nor do they call me back. I left a message, for the service manager and of course, they didn’t call me back. Now they are closed, and they are charging us money everyday after the car has been fixed. Our car has been there since January 25, they called us saying the car was ready on March 6th. We work out of state sometimes, and can only drive back on the weekends to get the car. The fact that they don’t communicate with us at all is extremely unprofessional and they are charging us for things we didn’t need to be fixed. We had to go to this dealership because the one in SCV closed. Don’t go here, they will charge you too much money for things they don’t need to fix and anything they can think of. More
BEWARE! This Location has treated me like dirt. Financed a Nissan Rogue August 2022 with an extended warranty. 1st of all no one told me that any issues with This Location has treated me like dirt. Financed a Nissan Rogue August 2022 with an extended warranty. 1st of all no one told me that any issues with the car meant that I had to go to Nissan so when the transmission went out whilst on the freeway in October the service department sent me there with an extended warranty leaflet & told me they would ask for $190 & that would be covered, it wasn't. Whilst at Nissan the service department made a few calls & git nowhere, I paid out of pocket. Returned to Hyundai where "they would TRY to get my $ back". Before the service department placed a bulb in the gearbox but tore the cover & said nothing. Manager was so smug telling me the car was bought as seen, the mechanics tore it. I've been in multiple times to get my $ back & conveniently there's never a manager & I'm looked at like "oh no she's here again. I'm thinking if I'd gotten a brand new car things would be different. They sold me a piece of crap. It's now February & still no refund, treated like dirt & lied to. Wish I'd never had done business with them. JT was the salesperson telling me "any issues come on in" never seen him since. Unhelpful, rude misleading staff. STAY AWAY many more dealerships to go to. More
BEWARE - TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR SOMETHING I DIDN'T NEED Made an appointment, showed up really early and was able to drop off. Explained at the time that they could have it as long as needed, one da NEED Made an appointment, showed up really early and was able to drop off. Explained at the time that they could have it as long as needed, one day or one week, I didn't care, just give me a call when it's done. There were three issues I was having them look at: sunroof wouldn't work, possible parasitic draw on battery, and the TPMS is showing a warning light, most likely need to change or repair one or more sensors. They said there was a $195 diagnostic fee per complaint (car is out of warranty). Ok, I signed the paperwork and left. Isaiah Figueroa, the service advisor, called me back later in the afternoon and that's when I found out that the diagnostic fee doesn't get waived if I choose to repair the vehicle. Obviously, this would have been a red flag and I would've left immediately had I known. The service coordinator was unprofessional and rude, talking over me as I was asking questions or making statements. Isaiah said they needed to "reset" the sunroof (additional $195 - makes no sense, it's a switch. Either it works or it doesn't), the TPMS needed three new sensors (3 @ $260 each) and the battery was bad (replace for $350+ ; literally a brand new battery, 5 weeks old) and there was no parasitic draw (then how did it drain in 5 weeks?) Obviously, these guys have no clue what they're talking about. I asked them to fix the TPMS and sunroof, leave the battery alone. Total cost quoted: $1560 I asked when it would complete, and Isaiah said it would be same day, 5:00pm. I explained that I couldn't get it that night, but I'd come by in the next morning and get it. When I arrived at 10:30am the next morning, the car wasn't ready. Isaiah said they needed "another hour or so for the TPMS to reset." No call. No email. No text. That I was livid was an understatement. Not only are they going to steal $585 from me for "diagnostics" but then the car isn't ready when they said it would be?!?! To further antagonize me, Isaiah wanted me to sign the paperwork on the repair. Why would I sign a paper saying the repair was done when I haven't inspected the vehicle to see if the repairs have been completed?! I didn't sign the paperwork, I told Isaiah to have it ready at noon and I would be back. When I got back, the car still wasn't ready. I had to wait an additional 30 min for the car to be "test driven." One of the diagnostic fees was waved (Isaiah made it sound like they were doing me a favor) and the final bill was $1387, $390 of which was "diagnostic fees." Absolute crooks. Side note: After I left the dealership, I stopped at an auto parts store to have the battery/charging system checked. That's when I noticed the hood was open. They didn't even close the hood. There were no issues with the battery or the alternator which means Isaiah and Keyes Service tried to get me to pay for something I didn't need. Keyes Hyundai is shady, have no idea what the they're talking about, and will STEAL your money if you're not careful. BEWARE. More
BEWARE! They damaged my car during a regular recall repair. Isaiah Figueroa was in charge of the car and claimed they did not scratch my car, but the before They damaged my car during a regular recall repair. Isaiah Figueroa was in charge of the car and claimed they did not scratch my car, but the before and after photos show a different story. Mike told me they would fix the car for free and to bring it in. I drove to the dealership 2 different types; the first time they told me the detailing team was not working that day (even though Mike to me to come in), and the second day Isaiah Figueroa told me he would not fix the car. I have proof the dealership caused the damage, I sent it to the dealership as well as the police department and Hyundai corporate. The manager Efrom Lopez is nonexistent, I left voice messages, emails, and other employees told him to contact me and he never did. The stupidest thing was they showed me the pictures the dealership took of my car before the appointment and there was no scratch then the photos from after the appointment showed the scratch. STAY AWAY FROM HYUNDAI MISSION HILLS DEALERSHIP! I bought my car from this dealership and once that was over and it is time for servicing they treated me like garbage. They will do the same to you. An attractive price of $35k was listed online for a new car of theirs. We even called ahead to see what the catch was but the salesman insisted we come in and that he would give us a deal. We though wow a car of theirs. We even called ahead to see what the catch was but the salesman insisted we come in and that he would give us a deal. We though wow a deal on a new car that is already priced very well. We get there to find out that’s MSRP. Dealer wants $40k. I made it clear that I would not pay that and he insisted he would “make the numbers work” so we test drove and liked it. Now we are ready but I reminded him the number I’m looking for. He takes forever with the manager and comes back with “so here’s your monthly payment”. I didn’t ask for monthly payment, I asked for purchase price and I find he did “discount” to 38k. However, there were multiple additional fees including $2500 because this base model has leather seats. All said and done the care I saw online for $35k would end up being 48k out the door. Just ridiculous and cannot believe car dealerships try to take advantage of people like this. The unfortunate part is this is their daily practice and I’m sure they get a lot of people. Steer clear. My wife and I bought 2017 Hyundai Elantra at Keyes Hyundai of Mission Hills (10240 Sepulveda Blvd, Mission Hills, CA 91345). Since this is our first time, everything was rushed with lies. We later Hyundai of Mission Hills (10240 Sepulveda Blvd, Mission Hills, CA 91345). Since this is our first time, everything was rushed with lies. We later found out weeks ago that we have been short-changed. We went there and they tell us because my wife signed, we have a binding contract which we feel cheated. After going through the paper works thoroughly, we realized many additional items such as GAP, Cash Price Accessories, Emission Testing Charge, Hyundai Theft, KARR, Perma Plate, Clear Shield, Hyundai Protection Plan, Debt cancellation agreement, etc We noticed all these are optional but they tell us its compulsory and have added all to our bill. No one informed us about these Ads-ons. The sales person and the finance officer withhold information affecting the desirability or value of a vehicle. For example, the car had sustained some front damage in 2019 but that was never disclosed to us until we found out when reading the documents my wife signed. The most astonishing revelation was that, the sales man informed us that the Vehicle is $15,500. To our dismay, the Vehicle has been priced at $15,999 with no better explanation. The car has its bumper bracket coming off. We told them and they tell us it’s not a safety concern... meanwhile if we drive at 70mph, the Car Sways Side To Side at High Speeds. We are forced to take an action More
