They didn't have the part for my recall repair even though I made an appointment a few days in advance. They also did not call me when the part came in. NO INTEGRITY…… bought my used vehicle here and purchased their best service plan which cost plenty over 4k unlimited mileage and as long as I own the vehicle, they’ll fix anything wrong with it. So after driving 100 miles all the way down there I didnt have an appointment didn’t really think I needed one . Chris tells meI couldn’t park my vehicle on the lot bc i didn’t have an appointment .So i parked my vehicle out in the street not the best neighborhood either completely insured so I went ahead and left it there cause I wasn’t gonna come back and drive another hundred miles Just so they can service it but there were plenty of spaces to park my vehicle on the premises. Just a xxxxty poliicy. Aso after being there one and a half days I get a call from Chris service writer yes The individual with no integrity claimed he was trying to get in touch with me but no message never heard from anybody so I have to drive 100 miles and they were closing in an hour. when I got there I knew my car wasn’t fixed. I guess he was shortening his work loud, There were other issues with the vehicle tire sensor light on the features lane departure collision all those lights were on my dashboard Rattle in the rear claim, there was tools back there. I had no tools back there. The drama continues now I understand why I always use the same service writer Michael always honest and straight up. Anyway yeah this gives a bad impression to the dealership. I hope the service manager reads this and straightens out Mr. Chris Torres Mike thanks so much. You need to train him school him to do the right thing unethical why i really don’t like dealing with dealerships . The sales person who iw was still there when I arrived, told me , I was was going to get my paperwork email from Chris but no email showed never got anything as if they didn’t even see my vehicle went back hundred mile trip all the way back home and my car is not fixed. That means I’m gonna have to do this xxxxxxxx again Well I’m definitely not gonna wait on Mr. Torres. I’m a retired detective of more than 25 years straight out lied he should knew refrigerant shouldn’t escape the system. It’s a closed system. If it’s short on refrigerant that means there’s a leak somewhere and it’s broken they didn’t wanna cover the warranty company said because it wasn’t broken. Chris, how do you sleep at night? You sure you’re not a used car salesman service manager, when you do read this, you need to get with the your employee and straighten him out. How embarrassing for a descent dealership to have to endure such xx.Yes as an employer I would write him up. Thank you for hearing me out.. More
