He answered all my questions and when he wasn’t sure he didn’t just tell me what I wanted to hear, he got the correct answer. I appreciated the honesty and not once felt like I was being taken advantage of nor that he was more concerned about the sale then me being happy with all aspects of buying a car. The dealership gave me a very fair price on my trade in and made it easy to get to a payment I felt comfortable with. I changed dealership service from Valencia to Mission Hills due to dishonest employee reps.
