I visited the Mission Hills location after being turned away from the Van Nuys location due to capacity. I was able to get same-day service on a Monday morning. I got to the service center first thing in t away from the Van Nuys location due to capacity. I was able to get same-day service on a Monday morning. I got to the service center first thing in the morning and was helped by Ian. He got me all set up for my car to be serviced, despite me not having an appointment. I was so grateful because my car started driving weirdly over the weekend and my engine light had come on. I waited at the dealership because I live outside of the Lyft service radius. Ian was so nice and accommodating. He provided me with the Wi-Fi at the location so I could work remotely from the dealership for the day. He even set me up at a table with outlets so I could charge my work computer. Additionally, he was very thorough in explaining what my car needed to remedy my current situation and some other service needs that were recommended but were never done. Ian was very honest and explained the details of each service. We then went line by line and decided what was an immediate need versus something I could get after a little more time. He also helped me with a 10% discount off of my services and scheduling my future appointment. The service was above and beyond. I trusted what he said because 1) I had googled that other people had a similar issue and 2) I could feel some of the issues as I drove. Nothing felt like a ploy to get more money out of me. I felt that my car was taken care of in a timely manner and with care. I will definitely be going back to this facility as long as I have my Hyundai! Thank you all so much! More
