Dealership overall is a really quick location. Had a bad experience at another dealership but after coming here, it has been great overall. He provides exceptional work along with providing simple explanations on why certain parts are being replaced and how important they are to the car. It was the smoothest and easiest process as well when it came to needing a loaner and/or rental vehicle. Excellent customer service! Don’t get good customer service anymore anywhere! The service agents explained everything, was patient, and tried to accommodate. I was just watching and listening to all the other service agents and they were all the same, unlike Van Nuys Hyundai. I had to go back to Van Nuys Keyes 5 times to get a simple recall done and all 5 times was their fault and never did they apologize. They never took responsibility and passed blamed to everyone and everything under the sun which is why I switched to Mission Hills to give them a try. I was so pleasantly happy! More
