Your service rep (Ian) went (in my opinion) above and beyond the call of duty. My car broke down the dealer I purchased my car from told me it would take 12 days BEFORE THEY CAN EVEN LOOK AT IT and no lo beyond the call of duty. I brought it in at about 4 PM not only did they look at my car it was repaired and ready for me to pick up by noon. That is what I call customer service.
