I brought my car in for service and my service advisor, Cris Torres, told me that it would be 4-5 hours. I told him I would wait in the lounge and just work on my laptop. After just two hours, the work was Cris Torres, told me that it would be 4-5 hours. I told him I would wait in the lounge and just work on my laptop. After just two hours, the work was done because he expedited it, due to me waiting. Great experience! More

Had a great experience here on my very first visit. This dealership was amazing. I usually go to the Van Nuys location since I was recommended to go there but didn’t realized what I was missing out by not coming to the Mission Hil I usually go to the Van Nuys location since I was recommended to go there but didn’t realized what I was missing out by not coming to the Mission Hills location. The staff is SUPER friendly. My advisor was Cris however, even Carlos, the other advisor was asking how I was doing. Definitely recommend this location above the rest.!!! More

Made an appointment and came in about 15 minutes early and was taken in right away. Was told given choices as to what service I wanted or was needed for the basic warranty. My only complaint was on their website they gave a price with a list of what work was to be done and when I actually was there they told me that was not correct which I was skeptical about.
