I have been coming in for service since 2011. Alan was great to work with. I'm just sorry he is not there anymore BUT Mike is still working in the service dept. Without his guidance I'm not sure I would b great to work with. I'm just sorry he is not there anymore BUT Mike is still working in the service dept. Without his guidance I'm not sure I would be coming in for all my service needs. He went to bat for me a couple of times over the years...always with an outcome I could live with. He and Alan were a great team. Mike has always been upfront and honest with me about my repairs. I really feel he is looking out for my cars needs and makes sure I keep everything in tip top shape. While I could go to other places for less expensive service, I have the upmost trust in his opinions. Just a side note: My family is in the used auto parts business in Minnesota.....I always run things by them and so far Mike has been right on 100%! Many Thanks, Sherri Ripps More

Next time I will call him for the next service to inquire about the price & if it is a ridiculous amount again, I will not be back & I will take it to my own mechanic. More
