The people were nice and attempted to do their best but the "system" at this dealership needs a great deal of improvement. To clarify my point, do you think that I should be the one to install the tempora the "system" at this dealership needs a great deal of improvement. Also, in order to avoid a double trip 45 miles to this dealership, I had to go to my bank to get cash to get my car while trading mine in. Enough said.... More

Used to be excellent with my first purchase about 13 years ago. Not this time. Buying a used lexus does not mean less care. Doubt if this car was ever prepped for sale and the refusal to provide an insp years ago. Not this time. Buying a used lexus does not mean less care. Doubt if this car was ever prepped for sale and the refusal to provide an inspection report makes me very wary. Sales manager Armen wants a dollar extra for anything that is requested to make the transaction appealing. The car is going back on Monday for scratches and other issues to be attended to. My plan is to wait for him to finish what he has to do before I contact Lexus. More
