my experience with dealership has generally been good. Anthony has made special efforts to explain the service to me and has been very responsive to my questions about the car. I did have one incident where I came late in the day about what turned out to be a nail in my tire and I was turned away because there was noone who could take 5 minutes to look at my tire. ( 8-10 months ago) Thank God for Costco which discovered the nail and fixed the tire. I have been a client of your dealership for 25 years and have usually received outstanding service. I am especially satisfied with the service advisor Anthony. I own three Lexus cars with members of my family. I did speak to the dealership manager about my tire incident. I did not sense that he truly appreciated my concern about having to drive away with a tire problem. ( I did arrive about 4:40 as I was driving home from work ) I just believe the dealership could have done more, especially in light of the fact I had brought my cars for service 50-70 times over the 25 year period.
