Great Service Went in for an oil change and was helped by Jimmy. He was friendly and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. My appt. time was 7:45am on a THURSDAY. It just cannot take 90 minutes to do an oil change and basic simple inspections. This is why people go to Jiffy Lube and other such competitors. Your cost are not 10% higher, they're 25% higher than those outlets, and you're making someone wait "that long" who has a weekday 1st in appointment. That is my most ardent critique. Otherwise, Victoria and Jimmy etc., are all friendly and fine but from the guy pulling the cars down into the garage in efficient fashion, to how long it takes to finally be having a service person speak to you, to how long the simple service takes...just too slow. 7:45 - 9:30 for an Oil Change? Uh, no. More

Bent over backwards Excellent fast service. I didn't feel like waiting, so they offered me a ride home and back later from Lyft. Much faster and better service than the Excellent fast service. No more waiting for the van to return (or arrive) from other calls, or making stops along the way to pick up/drop off other customers. It's little things like this that I appreciate from Keyes. More
