Battery Recall I was met as soon as I pulled into the service area. The dealer told me exactly what they needed to do and how much time it would take. (I had a Toyota before I got my Kona, and the service department at Keyes Hyundai is so much better than the service I received at Toyota of Hollywood!) More

Pleasant but wasn't sure if I was waiting for no reason I appreciated the chance to text with the associate who checked me in. However, once I got notice that my car had been inspected and I submitted my ap I appreciated the chance to text with the associate who checked me in. However, once I got notice that my car had been inspected and I submitted my approval, it wasn't clear to me if that meant I should come back, or if/when it would be finished. I didn't want to be rude so I waited an extra 70 minutes. Then I finally texted and was told the car was ready but it wasn't clear if I just sat that extra hour for nothing. More
