On another note, my friend came to meet me at the dealership. She walked through the showroom and not one person approached her. She happens to be in the market for a new car and would have welcomed an opportunity to check out Hyundai vehicles, knowing how satisfied I was with my car and the dealership. I don't know if the fact that she's a Black woman had anything to do with it, but this was a lost opportunity for your sales staff. More
