I had test driven the car (an Ioniq) at two other dealerships, and Johnny had a comprehensive knowledge of all the specs including how the Ioniq beats the Prius. I knew immediately I wanted to do the deal with him. He expedited us too so we were in and out in about 90 mins from agreeing to the deal terms. Overall it was not just a painless process, but it was actually pleasant! I would definitely come back. More
