My wife and I are now proud owners of a brand new Santa Fe that comes with a cool list of factory standard features: Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, a 7- My wife and I are now proud owners of a brand new Santa Fe that comes with a cool list of factory standard features: Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, a 7-inch display, and a six-speaker sound system, and all of these features are not available for a Honda Pilot base model. Thank you to the Van Nuys staff who took great care of us - starting with Susan and Patti of their Business Development Center who helped us get a pre-approval. Susan was helpful and patient. Patti was very responsive to our e-mail and phone requests. Leo of their Internet Sales was patient with us and he made sure that the deal was right and that we were able to get all features that we wanted - he listened to us and he listened great. He was also thorough to the last detail in showing us our new car's interior controls. Steve of their Finance Department "fought" the banks for us, for a lower rate and other extras.
