Easy and efficient My key wasn't working. Jimmy Molina did the follow-up for me. I was told initially that new handles would have to be ordered, sent out for painting, My key wasn't working. Jimmy Molina did the follow-up for me. I was told initially that new handles would have to be ordered, sent out for painting, and then installed onto my car. After six weeks, I contacted the dealership again, and was told they came in. Jimmy took care of me from that time on. He kept me posted as to the progress of the handles and finally called me to have them installed. In no time, they were installed and all is well. As good as the other employees are, it was Jimmy who investigated, found my handles, and made my problem his. There is such a turnover in this department, it is nice to see the same face more than once. Thank you for Jimmy Molina! More
