Ruby Chu, Keyes Hyundai replied the same day, the only one, and followed up with a phone call. Within a few days, we agreed on the lease terms, the car was acquired from another dealership, my current Genesis was returned and I drove off in a 2018 Genesis. Compared to the other 4 dealers, Ruby and Keyes were far superior, just outstanding, an A+, the best professional treatment I’ve encountered through 4 leases.
