BE ON TIME/POINT OUT CHANGES IN NEW CAR The dealership is fine; people need to be on time when there is a CLIENT appointment. Salespeople should point out the various changes in the new car The dealership is fine; people need to be on time when there is a CLIENT appointment. Salespeople should point out the various changes in the new car (a lease) compared to the old lease. It took them an entire week to put the check in the mail to the main Hyundai Office (as I got a bill to make a payment on the old lease). Carlo was very nice but he said I had a valet key with the new car and it was a mistake he made. Made me very angry!! The car is missing the CD player as it was suppose to be in the car as per your large sales ticket that sticks to the window More
