Bad battery, great service! Leased the car a couple of years ago. Battery was inexplicably dead. Called Ruby who sold us the car, she made the appointment with Jimmy in Service o Leased the car a couple of years ago. Battery was inexplicably dead. Called Ruby who sold us the car, she made the appointment with Jimmy in Service on my behalf. Got a same day appointment and brought the car in. Was done in less than the hour they estimated. Jimmy was efficient, friendly and thorough, and explained it was under warranty. Fantastic service all around. And they even washed my car! More
