Took my car in for an oil change and to have them check my radio because it wouldn’t connect to Apple car play. When making the appointment they told me it would be 199 to get it looked at. Dropped off my car and had them look on my radio Francisco Perez calls me back and tells me that my radio is broken and that I need to replace it and that it would be $1200. After declining to pay for them to replace my stereo, He tells me my car is ready. I go pick up my car and my stereo is dead. I walked back inside to speak to Francisco and ask him why my radio is not working he tells me that my radio froze while doing updates and that my radio was already broken and that’s why it wouldn’t be connect to apple play. I asked to speak to a his manager and this really rude guy Chris comes out and starts telling me that my radio was already broken and that’s why I had them take a look at it. First of all my radio was working perfectly fine my back up camera was working perfectly fine there was no signs of the radio being bad. After a while of arguing this manager Chris offered to pay half of the amount of the cost of the radio and installation charging me only $500. We take the car back a few day later. My wife goes and picks up the car and try’s talking to this manager Chris who is super rude to her as well and starts telling her that we sigh and agreed to pay $165 to have them look at the radio. First of all when I call to set up appointment they told me 199 to have it looked at. Thats when I noticed that that are rip-offs. He tried to clean up what he said afterword but it was to late. Never again will I take my car for service at Keyes Chevrolet in Van Nuys!! never again will I buy a car or lease a car from them. This guy Chris is just horrible don't understand how he’s a manager. More

I was surprised and pleased to see all employees wearing masks correctly. Every person we came across was professional and kind, though there was some confusion when we got to the dealer about where we shou masks correctly. First, we had been told to wait outside, then told to go inside, then brought back outside, only to be brought back inside again. This was all done by different people. Once we got to the service advisor, all went smooth and the team did the service faster than promised. More
