What a positive experience that was, as it often isn't. She explained the whole lease option, made suggestions and once we decided, went thru setting up the car, syncing phones etc.. The car was prepped and as soon as the paperwork was printed, we signed and were on our way. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Cat for their professional treatment of customers. Not only did they go out and physically make sure the vehicle was still there, but they also set it aside for me even though it was going to take me 3 hours to get there. They greeted me from the moment I walked in and were very personable and down to earth. It definitely did not feel as though I was talking to salesman.
