Being a lifetime Chrysler employee I expect to be treated well at a Chrysler facility or dealership but not so much at a competitors facility. My wife and I were amazed at the professional respect that we were shown and the level of interest that was given to us by the staff at Key Scales Ford. Our salesman Fred J. When we arrived at the lot after a long day of looking for an older truck we sent in our grandson to see if anything was available. He was greeted by Mr. Wilhelm and was treated with the utmost respect. He is only 16 yrs old and not many salespeople would have taken him seriously. Mr. Wilhelm took him outside and showed him the truck that he had that was in his budget and by the time we got to the where they were our grandson had all of the information that he needed. We drove the truck and ended up making a deal. Since it was a very recent trade-in it had to be fully inspected before we could take it off the lot the next morning which made us feel better about turning the keys over to our grandson. We knew that he would be in a safe truck. Thank you Mr Wilhelm for taking the time to spend with a young man and not blowing him off as just a kid asking questions. More
