We test drove the car with Rich Rysell and 2 1/2 hours later we were driving a 3 year old car home with only 20,006 miles on it. Trade, additional cash down and excellent financing with all paper work done, plate transferred, new registration completed with warrantee explained, road side assistance, free oil changes at the dealership and Rich went over safety features, He further synced our phones, down loaded our smart phone directories and set Serius radio stations up for us. Much thanks to DON GARRETT for the excellent deal and the "Brain Power", Rich Rysell for a very quick turn around with the paper work and vehicle orientation and Dan Shuten for obtaining a great loan rate and getting the paperwork expedited. Professional sales person I was in the market for a new truck and looked all over for the right one after countless emails to dealer internet depts witch are just a waste of ti I was in the market for a new truck and looked all over for the right one after countless emails to dealer internet depts witch are just a waste of time all I got was nothing more than Saleman telling me what I wanted to hear, and once I got to the dealer I got the old story " oh that was sold or some BS like that. I couldn't get a straight answer, not even from the so called managers. I ran into Brandon at the golf course, I was matched up with Brandon and his buddies, Judge Paul and what seemed to be half the State police of Florida anywsy I stopped into the dealership and Brandon really knows his stuff. Unfortunately I am to far out from my lease end and it would not make sense for me to trade at this time. I really want to thank Brandin for is expert guidance and help. My next vehicle for my family will certainly be purchased from Brandon at KeyScales Ford oh and the new building is very nice. My Rep inspired my confidence! I wanted to look around the lot to see what used cars might be for sale because at some point I knew I should be trading in my current car for a new o I wanted to look around the lot to see what used cars might be for sale because at some point I knew I should be trading in my current car for a new one. I was advised that I couldn't just wander around the lot, but needed a salesman. The receptionist asked "Nick" if he would help us. I explained that I just wanted to get an idea of what was available. So Nick was able to determine our price range and showed us several cars (listening to what I was telling him I wanted). What impressed me the most was his low-key, yet persuasive ability to describe each car insofar as its suitability for me. (I wanted good visibility all around, low mileage, etc, etc.) I was looking at a car that I really liked but my husband would not consider a non-certified car... so Nick showed us a more expensive model and was describing the benefits, and the color as we walked... and talked us into it and I couldn't be happier!!!! Nick closed the sale without pressure...just good salesmanship. More
