Purchasing a new vehicle from a customer oriented dealershi I had visited two dealership the day before and one was a Ford dealer. I was looking on the Internet at Fords SUV and checking out prices by buildin I had visited two dealership the day before and one was a Ford dealer. I was looking on the Internet at Fords SUV and checking out prices by building your own with various options. I was asked if I wanted a internet quote and said yes. I expected to get a quote off the internet and my phone rang and it was Nick form Keys Ford. We talked and he ask me if I could come in that day and I did. We talked about the Escape models and the different options that were available and lease vs purchase. We settled on the model and color and Nick was to get it from another dealer and have it the next day. The following day Nick called me and told me that the Escape I was to get was sold but they had gotten another Escape for me but it a few more options on it than I wanted. I was then thinking they were going to try and sell me the more expensive model or they were going to try and back out of the deal. Well they made me a very reasonable offer and l counted and we settled on a price of only $20.00 a month more and I ended up with the next model up at what I thought was very good deal with a couple of extras on it at no addition cost. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable with the whole purchasing process and Keys stood by there word about getting me the Escape I wanted. More
