Shafter Nave approached and gave me the scoop on the Ford Edge. We sat inside where he demonstrated different features and colors available on the car. After making my decision I returned a couple of days later but Shafter was dealing with another couple. Austin Jolley took over for Shafter showing the nav system and all other bells and whistles this vehicle has. Both salesmen were laid back and very accommodating. New thoughts-new car I brought my Fusion Hybrid in for service. I had an opportunity to speak with Fred about concerns for my husband's comfort in the car(due to a stroke I brought my Fusion Hybrid in for service. Fred suggested looking at the C-Max hybrid with a higher seat and more headroom for him. After a test drive with my husband, he was immediately more comfortable.
