We had a very pleasant experience with Key Scales Ford. Don Garrett assisted us in the transaction. We found Don to be friendly, knowledgable, a good listener and very professional. He went the extra mile to show us a number of vehicles, answer all of our questions and followed up to see if we had any questions or needed assistance setting up Ford Sync/Navigation on the vehicle. Buying a vehicle should be a pleasant experience. Key Scales Ford and Don Garrett made our trip to Leesburg worthwhile in that we wound up with a great vehicle which was fairly priced. We went to the dealership to look at the new cars and met Jerry Lee. He was so easy to talk to and did not in anyway push himself on us. We actually bought a "lemon", so this dealership's customer service expertise was really challenged. They were upfront about the problems found, solutions being explored, time estimates, dealership's customer service expertise was really challenged. They were upfront about the problems found, solutions being explored, time estimates, and best of all, we were kept updated a couple of times a week. That's saying a lot, since our car was "in the shop" for 2 months! In the end, Ford offered us a new car and Key Scales Ford employees managed the voluminous paperwork that this entailed like champs. We would definitely shop there again despite this unfortunate first purchase. They know what they're doing and they do everything well. More
