We were very treated well and the salesman (Chad Howell) listened to what we wanted in a car and worked with us to make it happen. At Key Scales everyone seemed to be truly interested in trying to get us into a car. When we first came to the dealership my wife and I did not think that we would be able to afford a new car but thought that we would look one more place to make sure after seeing your newspaper ad. As we began to deal Chad worked to find out what we needed and did not need and found a car on your lot that really fit our needs. The great thing was that we didn't need or want all the bells and whistles that was on most of the cars on your lot, which dropped the price into the range that we felt comfortable with. I was tired and up-set when I arrived at Key Scales Ford Dealer. My '99 Grand Marque required $2200 in repairs and I was advised by the repair shop (not Key Scales Ford) to trade it in since it had 147,000 Dealer.
