About one week after buying my used car, it would not start. It happened on the weekend so I got it jumped until I could contact the service department on Monday. I was overly impressed that my salesman drove through 3 cities from the dealership to my house to give me a jump so that I could bring it in to be serviced. y car was thoroughly tested to find the source of it not starting. The problem was a bad cell in the battery. I was receivedd a new battery and did not have to wait too long. That is definitely service that I call above and beyond expectations. Key Hyundai will see me again when it is time to buy my next car. More

Hyundai’s warranty was very attractive and after a little homework we decided to visit Key. The sales person that we met with was customer friendly and was attentive to our situation regarding a trade-in wi homework we decided to visit Key. The issue is that after we settled on a monthly payment which included a $1000.00 down payment, interest rate and all the fees, we were very disappointed once we were in the finance office. We were shocked to hear that our confirmed interest rate from the night before by the Manager went up by 3 percent and that the terms will be 72 payments versus 60. Needless to say after much anticipation by my fiancé, reluctantly the deal went through, but now I wish we took our business elsewhere due to the lack of integrity, morals and principle. Once again, very appreciative of the listening ear regarding the trade-in with negative equity but still too much for a based model vehicle. More
