Hyundai’s warranty was very attractive and after a little homework we decided to visit Key. The issue is that after we settled on a monthly payment which included a $1000.00 down payment, interest rate and all the fees, we were very disappointed once we were in the finance office. We were shocked to hear that our confirmed interest rate from the night before by the Manager went up by 3 percent and that the terms will be 72 payments versus 60. Needless to say after much anticipation by my fiancé, reluctantly the deal went through, but now I wish we took our business elsewhere due to the lack of integrity, morals and principle. Once again, very appreciative of the listening ear regarding the trade-in with negative equity but still too much for a based model vehicle. More
