I just bought a Hyundai Elantra from Key Hyundai in Milford. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from them over the years. I would never go anywhere else...ever...ever...ever! I felt this way even four years ago when I purchased my second Hyundai from Key, a Tuscon. Now I feel even more convinced that this is the only dealership where one can have a perfect car buying experience. From start to finish KEY delivers. They are nice, friendly, professional, and accommodating. Tom, the manager, turned us over to Maurice in Sales. We liked and trusted both Tom and Maurice immediately and listened carefully to all their recommendations. Manny took care of the paperwork lickety split. You really can't ask for better service from a dealership. My husband had another car buying experience somewhere else and after our recent visit to KEY, he agreed with me that he would never go anywhere else. KEY HYUNDAI has simply rewritten the rules of how to do business!!! Over the weekend we had a question and Tom called us back asap...on a Sunday. They just sent me a Birthday wish by email. So you asked for WHY I give KEY a perfect rating....they deserve it - start to finish. I am a multi-media marketing specialist. I know how important user generated content is and how people consider peer recommendations to be more important than advertising sales rhetoric. In other words, folks may read this and consider my experience and go to KEY for their next car. I would be happy if they do because this dealer did very fine by me, earned my trust and treats me with respect and professionalism. A car is a car...you can buy a car anywhere but if you are thinking about buying a HYUNDAI, this is really the only place to go if you want a very good experience fro start to finish. More
I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I had trouble with my credit and they all really went to bat for me to help me get financed. I had only 1 car for my family and it was involved in an accident and is most likely totaled so the thought of having no vehicle to get to work was extremely stressful. Thank you to all the employees because they made me feel like a person and not just a credit score. I would highly recommend them to anyone. It is wonderful to know there are people out there who will fight for you and help you. Most people wont even talk to you unless your credit is perfect. I was in a situation where I lost my home because I couldnt pay for a new furance. I walked away from my home letting the bank foreclose on me then my car had an accident. I was under a great deal of stress and the staff there had nothing but smiles and compassion. More
The entire experience was positive from the time I walked into the showroom. The sales person,Tom Ortiz, was very professional and on top of his game. Ralph was one of the most greatest salesman that we have ever worked with. He talked us through the whole sale. Ralph took us out to our car and showed us every feature in the car. went in for a minor problem..they could not find a problem but noticed a recall was needed to be done on the sub frame .. they did the recall and after driving a few miles a loud thud came from under problem but noticed a recall was needed to be done on the sub frame .. they did the recall and after driving a few miles a loud thud came from under the car...my wife was shaking but got the car back..they admitted nothing and did not know what the thud was.. the check engine light was on but not on when I brought the car in.. and they told my wife it needed input and output speed sensors and would cost 500 dollars with tax to repair... you smell something wrong here... I told Ryan I did not trust him and that either they did not know what they were doing or worse.. they knew exactly what they were trying to do here..took the car as is and brought it to a reputable repair shop...Intown automotive on Buckingham ave...he reset everything for FREE and told me they don't replace parts unless they needed to be replaced... I think you need to look at your team or you are part of this scam..I will tell my friends and family about Jill and Jeff Merriam,,, I called you but you did not return my call ...when my my wife or daughter who uses the car to travel to college and back are involved I get angry to think that a dealer would treat customers this way..Regards More

I was looking for a reliable, inexpensive car with a good service dept. also. It was easy to deal with the above people mentioned, I almost forgot I was buying a car-which is usually a hassle at other dea service dept. also. They went way above most places getting the car ready quickly and then processed the paperwork so smoothly, it was a pleasure. Jill Merriam introduced herself to me and I had a wonderful conversation with her about my car buying experience and also our lives. She was so humble and sweet...hard to believe she was the owner, yet I quickly realized why Key Hyundai has been in business so long. She was a people's person. I had a problem with the the garage who provided roadside assistance through Hyundai Corporation. The issue had nothing to do with Ms. Merriam's or her dealership. While I was in the dealership getting my ti assistance through Hyundai Corporation. The issue had nothing to do with Ms. Merriam's or her dealership. While I was in the dealership getting my tire fixed I noticed a poster of her stating to email her with any question or concern a person may have. Within one hour of my email I received a response back from Ms. Merriam. I can't tell you how impressed I was with Ms. Merriam's quick response and her respect for my complaint. Often complaints are handled by excuses, placing blame on someone else or throwing up ones hands and stating " I understand but there is nothing I can do". The astounding immediacy of her response and her follow through on a complaint that was really not about her dealership but rather about Hyundai Corporation's Roadside Assistance was truly awesome. Even if my request for reimbursement was denied I would have been impressed by her professionalism. I will be sure to tell people about my experience. Thank you so much. Sheila a. Flanagan--- More
I really enjoyed doing business with Hector. I felt like he was an honest man. Hard to find honesty and sincerity with car dealers. You always feel like you're being hustled or swindled.
