Dear Sam18nov - Thank you for your feedback on Key Hyundai of Milford. I appreciate your business and I am glad that you found Anthony and Manny, our Finance Manager, helpful. By way of explanation, the price match guarantee is real. It is based on a written purchase order from a dealer on the same car, not a internet price quote. The purpose and spirit of it is that if you buy a car from us and have buyers remorse, you can go to another dealership and go through the process of a buying a car, bring a written, signed purchase order to us and we will match that price. We could never guarantee an internet price quote match or we'd be out of business. Many dealerships quote ridiculously low internet prices just to get you in the door and switch you off that car or work down a price addendum. Those are things we don't do. If you have any questions about the Drive Worry Free, please feel free to contact our service manager, Bob Dicicco. The reason the program is based on 3000 intervals is that's what Hyundai recommends for harsh driving conditions and unfortunately, they consider Connecticut to offer harsh driving conditions. I do hope you take advantage of our Drive Worry Free customer loyalty program. It is an amazing program. Each year, we give away about $100,000 of free tires in our Milford store alone.
