I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to Key Hyundai after visiting several other dealerships recently. I was greeted prompted at the door by a sales person. We quickly went over all the details, checked out the new Santa Fe, and in less than an hour, I was purchasing the new SUV. During the pickup process, again Matt was great – spending time reviewing the vehicle features and Manny was also extremely friendly and helpful with the financial details. I will be recommending the dealership specifically because of the staff members (Matt, Manny & Caroline) I worked with and how quick and smooth the process was for me, completely hassle and stress free. I was looking to Lease a car that got better gas mileage than my current daily driver. Hyundai was really the option for me to look at after test driving all the other competitors. Me and my wife walked in by pure chance, that the Dealership was open on Sunday and was greeted by Travis in the parking lot. We spoke with him about what we're looking for and he showed us the new 2011 Elantras. They actually just sold all the ones they had in stock, but we could look at one that was still on site. We liked it and decided on a new GLS Model with some options. We were told it would be 1-2 weeks until they get more in but after 4 days we got a call and drove right down to pick it up. We drove off with our new 2011 Elantra that night. Everyone we've dealt with was very helpful and informative. Travis and Andre explained and showed us everything on the car and walked us around the service area and we were very pleased by the whole buying experience. We ended up buying the car instead of Leasing it and will be recommending the Dealership to everyone we know. No Pressure tactics, no bait and switch. Thank You. Gabor B. More

My wife and I left our house on the 19th of March with the intention to look only for a new car. We were planning on going to 2 maybe 3 dealers and then make a decision. Our first stop was Key Hyundai in Milford CT. and we wer going to look at the new Hyundai Elantra, however they only had 1 Elantra and it was sold and waiting to be detailed. We then began to look around the lot at several cars, mostly Sonata's and we probably looked over 18 different vehicle's. One of the first cars we saw was a Black Sonata limited Demo which caught my eye immediately, however my wife told me that she did not want a black or white car no matter what., so I kept on walking. Well that black Sonata Limited got her attention as well and after looking at several more cars we came back to the black Sonata Limited. After talking about it and looking it over we made eye contact with Anthony and the process began. Anthony was very professional, never pushed, just seemed to manage the entire process with a nice easy style which I happen to like in a Salesman. I bought many cars over the years and I dealt with many of them, I'm in sales myself, I just liked the way things seem to flow, and after some conversation, the deal was done. When we came to the financial end of the purchase we experienced the same kind of relationship with Manny and when everything was said and done, we left with the confidence that I hoped for, and even though we did not plan to buy a car that day we obviously did and were totally comfortable with the experience. We left the dealership with a good feeling about our future relationship with them as far as the servicing of our new car, and we are already thinking about sometime within the next year selling our Accura TL and buying another Sonata from our new friends at Key Hyunai in Milford. The whole experience was positive. Within days of purchase I had received emails scheduling my initial service and giving me contact info for the service manager. I have been a loyal Honda owner for years. But when my son needed a new car, he couldn't afford a new Honda. I had seen the Key Hyundai TV ads and suggested to my son that he talk to the sales people at K son needed a new car, he couldn't afford a new Honda. I had seen the Key Hyundai TV ads and suggested to my son that he talk to the sales people at Key Hyundai. To clarify, I thought the ads were a little silly but there was something about them that shouted "honest and helpful." I can say that we were not disappointed. We were greeted immediately by a young man, Travis, who spoke directly with my son and listened to my son's needs. Travis offered different options and clearly explained pricing. Really, there were no surprises until we arrived a few days later to pick up the car and discovered that my son's monthly payments were going to be lower than he had stated he could afford! Where does that happen! :-) I have to say, however, that there was a manager that was a bit rude when I asked Travis to check on something that would make a difference on whether we purchased the car or not (I was a co-signer.) When Travis approached the manager who was walking in our direction, the manager very clearly brushed off Travis, told him the information was on the computer and then proceeded to go behind closed doors. It wasn't that type of question and Travis couldn't answer me. After about 10 minutes I asked Travis to please knock on the door and get the manager for me. The manager was able to answer my question however, if I had been the buyer and not there to help my son, that manager would have ruined the deal for me by his action toward his employee. Customer service doesn’t just mean outside customers, it’s equally important with internal customers. And it makes a huge difference to a buyer like me. I have to say that Travis handled the situation very well and maintained his composure when I told him that I was upset with the manager’s behavior. He acted professionally, acknowledged my frustration appropriately and continued to work with us by trying to find the information I was asking for. Travis may not know this, but he was instrumental in keeping me from walking out the door. All in all, except for that one negative experience, we were very impressed with Key Hyundai. Not only was Travis a good salesperson, your finance person (I can’t remember his name) was terrific and went through every detail. I left the dealership with no questions left unanswered. And I have already recommended your dealership to others! More
