I went to the dealer ship last Saturday and met with Alan, he made me feel like we have been friends for years. He imediately asked me if I would like some pizza and I said sure, hungry and just coming Alan, he made me feel like we have been friends for years. He imediately asked me if I would like some pizza and I said sure, hungry and just coming form work, well I ate two pieces and Alan asked if I wanted any more and he brought me two more, I thought that was an assume way to start out our relationship. Joe Cardella apraised my car and I was a little turned off with Joe and his offer for my truck. Well they came back with a better deal than a previous dealer I had visited. It turned out they had the exact vehicle I wanted coming in so I put down a deposit. Well last night I picked up the car and Alan was great the poor guy switched my lisense plates in the pooring rain. Alan told me he has a cross to bear in the coming months and I hope everything turns out OK. I got a different impression of Joe Cardella as we did all the paperwork, he has my respect as he is a sharp guy and deserves all his sucess. Thanks again Alan and Joe for making my experience smooth as can be. Joe also got me the rate for the loan that I asked for. More
My experience at Key Hyundai was exceptional, largely due to Alan Rudman. He allowed me to make an informed decision and never tried to sway me away from what I was looking for. He listened to what my needs were for purchasing a car and then matched me with a 2011 Elantra, which is a beautiful automobile. I have never received such personalized service from a dealer until I walked into the showroom at Key. I recommend the dealership highly and hope to be making another purchase in the near future. My first new car in 13 years. Alan Rudman was the most wonderful, reassuring sales person you could ask for; especially for a customer with not so great credit. Key Hyundai gets my vote! I just purchased a brand new car from them last week and could not be happier. I had been searching for a new car for about three months, doing some research and getting in touch car from them last week and could not be happier. I had been searching for a new car for about three months, doing some research and getting in touch with other car dealerships. I test drove a few cars at other dealerships in the area but was not interested in buying at these surrounding dealerships due to the fact I was treated like I had no idea what I was talking about and did not feel like I was a valued customer. Key Hyundai was recommended to me so I figured I would give them a shot. As soon as I got there, I was greeted by Travis Raymond in the parking lot who was very approachable, friendly and professional. I test drove the new 2011 Hyundai Accent and loved it. When it came down to the details, Travis was extremely nice and went back and forth to the finance manager trying to find the absolute best deal for me. I walked away with a brand new car for an extremely affordable monthly payment (let's face it, I'm paying off student loans and can't afford a super expensive new car). The manager, Joe Cardella, came over and basically said "We want you to have a new car, so we will pretty much do whatever we can to make you happy." The whole experience was actually enjoyable for me, which I did not expect when car shopping. Bottom line: I have a brand new car that I can actually afford, I was treated with respect, and I feel like I am a valued customer of theirs, even after I've driven off in my new Accent. More
Today I had the best car consultant experience ever. If you are looking for a good, honest, and professional sales consultant and finance manager go see Mr. Moody, and the Key Hyundai of Milford staff. Trust me I was not paid to make that statement. I walked into the dealership with many questions and I walked out with them all answered. I had some anxiety about leasing a car since I never leased a car until today. However, all of my questions, and anxiety was put to rest, because Mr. Moody sat with me and answered all them. Although I sat in the dealership for longer than I would have preferred, I now understood why, it because of the great customer service that I experienced on today, and to me it was well worth it. I believe that is why so many customers were coming in, and returning to the dealership. Throughout my life I have purchased vehicles from Dodge, Nissan, and Jaguar dealers and none of those dealers were as professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and "all about the customer" as Mr. Moody and the staff at Key Hyundai of Milford. It is my hope that their service department is as accommodating as their sales staff. Believe me I will write on this message board about their service department when I need my car serviced. So again, thanks Mr. Moody for all of your help, and I can not wait to have my car on tomorrow. Oh Yea! thanks Lou for parting with your car, I will take good care of it. LOL! More

Anthony Walker is a total professional and an asset to your dealership. Because of the demand for the Elantra Ltd., I had to wait a few weeks to get my car, but from the moment I gave my deposit until th your dealership. He kept me aprised of the situation and was persistent in his search. He was a pleasure to deal with. Joe Cardella was a pleasure to deal with as well. All of my paperwork was in order and waiting for me and explained thoroughly. The entire process, from beginning to end, went flawlessly and I would not hesitate to return to this dealership in the future. (But only if Anthony and Joe are there!!!) :) More

Outstanding dealership, worked hard to meet my criteria without the standard "what's it going to take to put you in this car" This my 2nd car here and will do a 3rd when the time comes. Only negative was a long wait for financial man because of all the people with getting written up, which was a good sign of dealer's reputation. I wanted to get a car that was cheaper than my current (Infiniti). The salesman outlined everything and stayed inside my budget.
