My shopping and purchasing experience with the entire staff was the BEST!!! I have encountered!!!! WAYNE MURRAY, whom I worked with the entire day, displayed a truly genuine interest and concern for me staff was the BEST!!! I have encountered!!!! WAYNE MURRAY, whom I worked with the entire day, displayed a truly genuine interest and concern for me as PERSON -not merely someone he was just selling a car to. His whole orientation was from the CUSTOMER'S and PERSON'S point of view. The real/final reason I finally purchased a car from Key Hyundai was WAYNE!!! The staff that I had an opportunity to worked with were "down to earth" pand people-oriented. Throughout the entire process EVERYONE was concerned with meeting my needs-both financially and emotionally. I had reluctantly ventured out to merely "LOOK" and not "BUY". However, the manner in which I was treated by all staff changed from looking to purchasing. They will have my business for a LONG TIME. More

Sales agents are very persausive as they should be in there field of work. I visited this specific location,filled out the loan application, and they took full deposit, in cash, before the loan was appov there field of work. They dont return phone calls nor is it as easy to get your refund as it was giving it to them. I gave cash money and now,Im still waiting for a paper check in the mail. Ive been dealing with them for a week now, an all I want is my money back. Sales agent Adam, ganrenteed me, if I was unable to be approved for a car, I would get full refund back. My next move will be to contact the Better Business Bureau to make a report, following a civl court case. I WOULD NEVER, EVER, RECCOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. PLEASE BUYERS BEWARE More

This is my third Elantra all purchased at the same dealership. We purchased the Elantra Limited with the navgation system which includes a lot of electronics. The people in the dealership are very friendly and cordial they cannot do enough for you even after the sale is made. Tommy closing remark to me was "you know where I am if you need me" More

I originally came in looking for a 2011 Sonata but thought they were a little out of my price range. Once I saw the white 2011 Limited Elantra on the lot I knew this was the car I wanted. I knew goi thought they were a little out of my price range. Once I saw the white 2011 Limited Elantra on the lot I knew this was the car I wanted. I knew going in that the Elantra I wanted was hard to come by (white limited with black leather), Anthony looked every single day for me for the white limited Elantra and kept me up to date on possible leads. After about 3 weeks and no luck he was able to work out a great deal on a 2011 Sonata GLS, the car I was initially interested in but thought was out of my price range. From the first day I went to the dealership Anthony was not like the other car salesmen I had dealt with. He was never pushy or tried to sell me something I didn't want or need. I had such an easy time dealing with him that I recommended my boyfriends parents to him for their recent lease. More

The service was great. Despite the scarce availability of the 2012 Accent, Anthony was able to locate and acquire the trim, color, and package that i was looking for.
