I want to say that I was very disappointed in what I experienced at Key Hyundai. I spoke to Erin on the computer chat before coming to Key Hyundai and explained mine and my husbands situation and also m experienced at Key Hyundai. I spoke to Erin on the computer chat before coming to Key Hyundai and explained mine and my husbands situation and also made very clear I had a trade in and could put 500 hundred dollars down and also gave my credit score and my husbands score. I was told that would be fine and Key Hyundai could and would help. We found a car there the salesman was very nice but was never really given a straight answer on any questions. And we could not even get a price on the car or the value of the trade in which seemed very shady but was told if we gave are 500 before we left they would get back with us in a few days. Which seems to be VERY SHADY and could not guarantee are refund of the 500 if things went wrong. I have never came across anything like that. That we could not get the price on the car and could not get the trade in value of the trade in But you wanted the 500 dollars.To me that sounds like very bad business I also planning on posting my view on the internet and also contacting the Better Business Burrow. People should not be treated like this...NO MONEY SHOULD BE ASKED FOR UNTILL YOU ARE APPROVED FOR THE LOAN AND THE CUSTOMER IS GIVEN THE PRICE OF THE CAR AND THE TRADE IN VALUE FOR THE TRADE IN..........WAS ALSO TOLD IF WE DID NOT GIVE THE 500 BEFORE WE LEFT THEY WOULD NOT PROCED ANY FURTHER WITH THE BANK TO GET THE LOAN.........SO VERY SAD.......BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! I heard an advertisement on the radio, Jill Merriam saying she's a dealer for the people, so being that i was in need of a new car and with a credit that was not up to par, i said let me give them a ca saying she's a dealer for the people, so being that i was in need of a new car and with a credit that was not up to par, i said let me give them a call. The lady i spoke with on the phone was very nice, i explain that i need a car and i did not have good credit so before we set up an appointment i just want to know if my credit would be a problem so that i don't waste my time coming there. She told me that would not be a problem, so we set up the appointment and off i went to Key in Milford, and from the minute i step in the building everybody was warm and friendly and not pushy. I was introduced to Anthony Walker, the sales Consultant, who listened to what i needed and then he got to work. I didn't feel that i was pushed into anything, like the other car dealers that i've been to. Anthony wanted to make sure that i was completely happy with my purchase and he went above and beyond. And i got to tell you that i am a very happy lady with my 2011 Sonata, and i will definitely recommend Key to all my friends and family You guys are great and definitely a dealer for the people. More
I originally came in to the dealership just to service my 2009 Sonata, but after seeing and test driving the new Sonata Hybrid, sales rep. Wayne Murry prepared a trade-in, sale, and finance package that I couldn't resist. In a hour I drove out with my new car. Wayne Murray made the entire process a pleasurable experience. No stress at all. Wayne was such a gentlemen that I almost didn't want to leave the dealership. My thanks to Key Hyundai. I'll be back again for sure. More

Until this time I was driving a 2000 VR6 VW Jetta with manual transmission. Given the long commute I needed a car that would be better on gas and a lot less inconvenient to drive. So I set out to buy a car. This would be my first new car, as well as my first car with a payment, and I was a little uneasy about the financial change that was about to happen. This was until I walked in the front door of Key Hyundai of Milford.Prior to coming to Key I had a very unpleasant experience, during a visit to another dealership on Route 1 in Milford, CT. The sales woman was very unprofessional, impatient and rude. At Key I worked with Kurt who was extremely pleasant and helpful. Kurt took to the time to make this very uneasy buyer finally feel comfortable. He was very informative about the car, and the financing process. No question I asked Kurt was too complicated nor simple for him to answer completely with patience and honesty. If he did not have the answer he immediately went to the proper person to find the correct answer. Two days later I pulled off the lot with a brand new 2012 Hyundai Sonata. My two plus hour daily commute is now wonderful and I LOVE this car! More
I did not have a good experience the first time and really did not like what I purchased. But to be honest, dealing with Alan and all the new staff was great. They did everything in their power and bey really did not like what I purchased. But to be honest, dealing with Alan and all the new staff was great. They did everything in their power and beyond to be sure it worked for me, I could afford it and most of all that I was happy with the decision. I ened up with a beautiful 2012 Sante Fe with all wheel drive and great amenities. I highly recommend the dealership and the people who make it work. CUDOS!!!!!!!!! More
I absolutely LOVED Alan and all the helpful guys down at Key Hyundai. The last few months have been terrible searching for the perfect car... I have mediocre credit (at best) and was essentially laughed out Key Hyundai. The last few months have been terrible searching for the perfect car... I have mediocre credit (at best) and was essentially laughed out of the other dealerships, they couldn't be bothered with me-- I really felt terrible.I was so nervous to have it happen again, and I really didn't feel like being made a fool of again. This time was different, Alan and the finance guys really went to bat for me and got me approved for the brand new 2012 sonata! I was so happy, I really really love it!!!!!! These cars are so hard to come by right now, they're selling like hot cakes..and they still worked super hard to get me approved. I really think they care about their customers, and want to see you go home with a car, no matter if it takes them all day! I took the car home that day, and had a fantastic experience down there!!! I would absolutely no doubt about it go talk to them! And, when they say they'll call to follow up- they do! :o) More

My husband and I have had such a bad few years in terms of finances; you name it, it happened to us (he has been out of work for 11 months over the last 24). However, we know how lucky we are and how much worse it could have been and we count our lucky stars nightly. To make a long story short, we were forced to buy a 2004 Dodge Durango a few years back that definitely would not have been our first choice, but, again, we were grateful to have it. Unfortunately, the dealer we bought it from had to file bankruptcy and we were told a dealer in Bridgeport would honor our contract (free oil changes, 100,000 mile warranty, et cetera); however, the name of the dealer that they gave us does not exist!! We still owe 7638.99 on this vehicle and I saw your ad on TV and figured I would see if perhaps we might qualify. I filled out the on-line application figuring we would be turned away and was so happy to hear back from Marci almost immediately. She is wonderful. I have never had a better experience dealing with ANY salesperson in my entire life. I had so many questions and she has been so patient with me; she is a true people person and has taken perhaps too much time with me - very, very reassuring. My husband and I are meeting with Marci on Sunday and are very hopeful that we will be able to get into a new vehicle; whether or not it works out for us, I just wanted to let you know how great she is.. I am going to refer my sister to her, as well. As I said, we have had such a round of bad luck financially and, when you just feel so beat up on a day to day basis, it is so refreshing to run into someone like her that gives you hope that it just might be okay after all. I thought the people at this dealership were very nice and truly caring people. I did not feel haggled. I asked for the price and payments I could afford, and they worked to make it happen. The wrap-up was very easy too and I appreciated all the follow up info that I was given. I was not pushed out the door as soon as the sale was complete - Alex walked me through the car and it's feature before we left. He even got my hands-free phone set up so I could use it on my drive home. It was all around a pleasant experience! Generally, I have to admit that I look forward to buying a new car as much as I look forward to going to the dentist but, this was a very different experience and Alex/Manny are enjoyable, professional and comfortable people to work with. More
