RW helped me get a deal done where other dealers failed because I owed more on my car than it was worth and he and Joe put me into a newer vehicle for very close to the same payment. Other dealers weren't because I owed more on my car than it was worth and he and Joe put me into a newer vehicle for very close to the same payment. I went online, filled out a pre-approval form and overnight I was the recipient of the best service I have ever experienced! In addition to asking your team to work with a challenging credit history, I had other needs that no one else would or could meet. Your team rose to the challenge and exceeded my needs. I have physical limitations making car shopping very difficult. Your team guided me through the application process prior to my visit and I browsed the inventory online. Matt, Becki, Anthony, Joe and the rest of the team had everything ready for me when I arrived. I felt like I was floating through the process that is usually so stressful. The sales staff was very prompt and attentive. I did not feel preassure or felt like I had to fight for the price I wanted. On the down side, there is not adequate parking and the paperwork process is much feel preassure or felt like I had to fight for the price I wanted. This would make the process quicker so the customer can get out quicker and the sales staff could attend to more people and increase their sales. More
