Joe Lewis was personable, professional and won me over in the end-a reflection of his commitment laced with his characteristic sense of humor which we enjoyed. Yes, I appreciate the fact you offer free tires, battery and roadside service but it still boils down to the bottom line on the dotted line which for most people is what is it going to cost me. I look forward to coming in with my first oil change. As long as Carlos adjusts my down payment of $100.00 off my credit card or the retail bill of sale I am a happy camper. RW Wentworth is the best salesperson you can go to at this dealership. I was lucky to have him and to have him be the one who helped me throughout the day and to make a good decision. I'm still waiting for them to return a call. They only time I get a phone call is when I email Pam Potter who works directly with Jill. They did not honor that advertisement and actually took off all the u-tube videos and the one on there website because I had mentioned that they did not state that the difference was going to be put on the end of the loan for another car. One of the managers actually told me it would be better if the bank just took the car. I'm not lying there was at least 2 salespersons with me when he told me that. I went home and though long and hard about the statement and after hearing over and over again on the radio about the we will pay what ever you owe on your trade..I decided to contact Jill. Pam Potter has been the only employee who actually has had the decency to try to work with me, Each time she set up where someone else would call me..it would take more then a week to connect. Once I get them on the phone, they respond with okay, let me check our stock and we will get back to you tomorrow, by the end of the week , etc. We only want to make you "happy". Its been a process that started in early October and it is now mid December and the last time I talked to anyone was over I month ago. I am sure I could email Pam again but at what point ,obviously they are not going to work with me and I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. More

So far I had only one concern and when I called Wayne to leave him a message I was pleasantly surprised that my phone call was returned within 10 minutes. This is actually the third Hyundai that I have purchased and although the previous two cars were not with your dealership I am pleased to say that I have always recieved excellent service from the staff of Hyundai. You are all to be commended! More
