Bought a new Elantra on January 13th. I got a good deal; it had options that I really didn't want but we came to an arrangement. From walking in the door, it felt like I was in the midst of a professional operation. The receptionist took my information and I only waited about 5 minutes before a salesperson set up a test drive. I had intended to shop around elsewhere but I felt comfortable there and decided to see if we could make a deal. Throughout the negotiations, I felt in control of the process and that the sales staff actually did want to sell a car. Although I had been pre-approved for a credit union loan, the finance manager told me he could get me a better rate. After filling out the paperwork, he was as good as his word (I do have excellent credit). Overall, very pleased with the experience and would recommend Key Hyundai to anyone in the market for a new Hyudai. More
I went to Key Hyundai in Milford on December 19th for routine service on my older car when I first heard about a fantastic incentive they were offering. When I went into the showroom, I was immediately greeted by the showroom secretary who shown me over to Wayne Murray's desk. Wayne is a wonderful salesman who showed me my brand new 2012 Hyundai Elantra. His exertise on the model, and all around knowledge of the warranty, and available service options sealed the deal for me. Moreover his friendliness made the overall experience a pleasurable one. Afterwards, I was shown into Manny Gonzolaez office to mash out details with my loan. He added an additional professional touch to the experience and answered ALL of the questions I had without hesitation and spared the gimmicks and aggresive demeanor. Kudos to the staff at Key Hyundai of Milford for making my car-buying experience a wonderful one! I would definitely buy a car from them again! More
I was working with a salesmen named Wendy and she was doing her job of showing me the cars. I have no complaints with her. When speaking about finances and the actual purchase of the car, the manager tells me that he will try his best to get the payments where I want them. I agree to proceed further but unfortunately we couldn't make things work. This is fine. I have no problems up to this. Then a week later I am ready to make a purchase. I found another dealer giving me a better deal so I call Key Hyundai to give them one last chance. I spoke with Angela. She was pleasant to speak with but eventually lied to me to get me to visit the dealership in person. I don't think it was her call, but one of the dealership managers who told her to do this. Before visiting the dealership I gave Angela all of my information and asked if she could meet my expectations. After a short while she agreed to what I had offered and asked me to visit in person. I asked again to confirm the details and again she agreed that they would be able to meet our agreement over the phone. So I visit the dealership and of course it was all a ploy to waste my time. They would not meet our arrangement over the phone. This was very frustrating since I had confirmed twice that the reason for my visit was to purchase the car at the agreed price and still they were trying to play games. If they couldn't honor the agreement over the phone they should have just said so. Instead they had to waste my time and gas driving over there for no good reason. Needless to say I left this dealership and their poop tactics and bought a car that afternoon from a much more reputable dealership. More
My husband and I were very happy and satisfied with our experience we went to hyundai because of my husbands experience in the past and it was the first dealer we went to, and we were greeted by Anthony Wa experience we went to hyundai because of my husbands experience in the past and it was the first dealer we went to, and we were greeted by Anthony Walker who was friendly, coopeative and willing to work with us he took in account our budget and listened to what we said and what we could afford. He did not try to talk us into junk with a rate we could not afford, we walked out with two cars instead of one. We are grateful and feel very blessed for the experience and professinal service we received, he should get a raise and train new sales associates. Thanks again. Thomas and Ronda Mitchell. Unfortunately and without our knowledge our son wrote a bad review. regarding the purchase of our new ELANTRA. At the time he had no knowledge of the model, trim & accesories of the vehicle we purchased. He was under the false impression that the price we paid was for a base model without any options. We are extremely embarrased by his action as those actions were totally uncalled for. We appoligize for his behavior. As owners of our new vehicle we could not be more satisfied with your dealership, staff & in particular Donald Jones. RW made my car shopping experience worthwhile. Bought a new elantra 2008, needs a new transmission since Nov 2 2011, still waiting it is now Jan 5, 2012, was told it was on back order, then told it was in made an appointment to have the new transmission Nov 2 2011, still waiting it is now Jan 5, 2012, was told it was on back order, then told it was in made an appointment to have the new transmission put in and an oil change while it was there even though it wasn't due, got a call the same day to pick up the car the oil change was done, but the transmission is still on back order. The car rolls when you put in park and I feel it is unsafe to drive (the response was just use the emergency brake that should hold). Since Nov 2 the car has gotten worse and I requested a loaner I was told I would get a loaner, that was two days ago they state that the loaner still hasn't come in. More
