I purchased a 2012 Sonata this week. It was not my first time visiting Key. I thought about the Sante Fe, then the Vera Cruz. Randolfo was very patient with me. The night I came to take the Sonata for a tes time visiting Key. I thought about the Sante Fe, then the Vera Cruz. Randolfo was very patient with me. The night I came to take the Sonata for a test drive it was very busy, but I never felt neglected, and actualy had fun. Well I fell in love with the Sonata, and everyone @ Key helped me take my new car home. This was my first new car expierience in 30 years. While Randolfo ran around a bit Wendy took over and she made me feel very comfortable, and was so friendly. I would, and already have recommended Key to my co- workers ( of course they had to ride in my new beautiful car ) No tickets please !!!! More

I have NEVER owned a new car, never wanted the responsibilities. Alan Rudman came highly recommended to us, so I went with my husband to start looking at a used car. I have to give this man allot of credit putting up with all my negativity. Drive a new car me? I did but only in an empty parking lot. Went back to the showroom and started talking. What finally made allot of sense to overly cautious me were the pricing and all the warranties of the Touring Elantra new car. We returned a few hours later, and signed on. I had purchased my very first brand spanking new car! I don't believe I would have purchased a car so quickly if it wasn't for Alan's supportive, knowledgability, and kindness towards me. It still amazes me how much time this Super Salesman gave me the evening we picked up the car! Talk about car lessons! He was right there making me feel comfortable, asking allot of questions, and sincerely wanting me to understand everything about this new car of mine. Still after a few days, he called us asking if I had gotten over my fears, and was comfortable, and any other questions concerning the car! Who gives that kind of service??? ALAN RUDMAN DOES! I WISH THEY HAD A CONTEST GOING FOR THE BEST SALESMAN.ALAN GOT MY VOTE AND I AM SURE WOULD WIN! Skeptics should visit with Alan; he knows his cars, and his business well! I went to this dealership after I called just generally asking if they had a certain car (used) in their lot. After speaking to a woman who answered the phone, she convinced me to at least come in and meet asking if they had a certain car (used) in their lot. After speaking to a woman who answered the phone, she convinced me to at least come in and meet with Andre. We decided to do that since we were looking for a used car for our teenage daughter and looking for ideas. We had no intention of buying at that time and truly didn't trust ANY used car salesman. Initially on walking in I was hesitant but Andre put us at ease and working with RW was very easy. They immediately came up with a beautiful used hyundai which had minimal milage, all the service records were available and they gave us the car fax. Despite intentions we walked away that night after putting a deposit on the vehicle and never once had a regret about it. Once we picked it up it made some noises we weren't sure about but they immediately took it in and addressed it.I would highly recommend Key to used car buyers (and already have) and specifically RW and Andre for sure. If we decide to buy a new car I think I may be sold on a new hyundai for myself. More
Did my research and ended up buying a 2012 Genesis Coup from the Milford Key Hyundai location on Saturday. The process was great, very relaxed and no pressure to buy. RW Wentworth did a wonderful job and provided me with an excellent first time experience, before Saturday I had never even stepped foot in a car dealership. If your looking for a new/used car, definitely check out the Key Hyundai location in Milford and ask for RW Wentworth, he'll provide you with a pressure free buying experience. For my first time buying a car, it really made me happy to see how easy the process is on buying a new car, I drove it home that day! Thanks RW! More
After spending 3 weeks researching safety, quality and economy I decided on a Hyundai Tuscon! Then I had a bad experience with a local dealership. I was extremely distraught and literally in tears after they sold the car I'd put a deposit on! So began the search in NJ, PA and NY for that car, color, interior and options. Not only did Erin convince me to travel 140 miles to CT but after a half dozen conversations with her, she became my lifeline! Her compassion, empathy and understand for my situation restored my faith in Hyundai! Anthony was GREAT! He was accomodating and welcoming. He anticipated our needs and concerns. Thanks to him buying a new car became the exciting and joyous experience it should be! More
Excellent sales experience with Alex. He knows the product and is personable. (He hits the mark of being motivated but not pushy.) I have bought 3 vehicles from the Milford location and this was the best experience I ever had with a salesman. Although Randolfo is a nice young man my hat goes off to Alex who went above and beyond on p this was the best experience I ever had with a salesman. Although Randolfo is a nice young man my hat goes off to Alex who went above and beyond on professionalism. He took me for a test drive brought 2 cars to my place of employment so I could see the color in person and notified me every time a new one was available for purchase. He explained every detail of the car before I left and made sure I understood the functions. I love my green Veloster and I am no longer on a waiting list thanks to Alex. Anna Bernier More
