After listening to Jill Merriam’s commercials, I was encouraged to go in to Key Hyundai of Milford on Saturday 14 July, 2012 and met with one of the Sales Reps named Alex Ortiz. I explained that I was l encouraged to go in to Key Hyundai of Milford on Saturday 14 July, 2012 and met with one of the Sales Reps named Alex Ortiz. I explained that I was looking for a 2011 certified Hyundai Sonata and discussed my needs and budget for the car. Alex painstakingly explained to me that he was able to get me a new 2013 Hyundai Sonata SE at a reasonable price. I was skeptical, but, decided to listen some more, then we took a test drive and discussed the numbers and I explained my budget, at which point he brought in his manager RW Wentworth into the discussion. They both carefully explained all the possible options – new car vs. certified used & lease vs. financing – highlighting the advantages and how it could work within my budget and life style; surely transforming me into a more informed buyer! Alex & RW walked me through the financing and helped in fine tuning my choice until we arrived at a good price. I was particularly impressed with the amount of time they spent with me and more importantly that they listened to my needs and wants but they were able to educate me on my concerns so I made informed decisions. Feeling that I needed, more time to think about the deal, they did not turn to hard-selling techniques like most salesmen would, but encouraged me to call back if I had more questions and reassured me of their willingness to help. After a day of number crunching, I called back at the dealership to review the deal; I was particularly impressed by the willingness of the higher-ups to step in to find ways to make the deal match your budget. They were able to find me an even better price. If they make you the deal they will work to get you the financing! They went through a dozen companies till they were able to get me the best rate possible and I was also given a great price for my trade-in. Special thanks to Manny Rodriguez. I went to Key Hyundai to get a certified used car but they were able to get me a much better brand new 2013 Hyundai Sonata, most importantly, within the same budget and all in an astonishing short period of time!!! Overall, My experience with this dealership is always acceptable. The staff is extremely courteous and overally knowledgeable about the vehicles. My wide and I went shopping for a new car yesterday and stopped at Chevrolet of Milford to look at a Cruze since owning nothing but GM all of my life. I got a price and said I would be back later.......I turned left and headed to Key Hyundai as I was interested in these cars as well....namely a Veloster. I pulled in to very busy lot complete with an awesome BBQ going and was quickly greeted by Matt Louis. I told him I was interested in a Veloster. I looked at them and then he showed me a new model,Elantra GT hatchback. We went on a test drive and I traded my Chevy HHR/SS in on the spot. Matt was thorough and polite and not pushy one bit. Everyone in the dealer showroom greeted you and made you feel comfortable. I never like the buying process as salesman tend to be pushy.....but not Matt. I got a great price for my trade in and they worked with me to get the monthly payment where I wanted it. I cant say enough how courteous and professional Matt was as well as the staff. I love our new car and thanks to Key for making the whole buying experience a pleasant one! More

After shopping around for several weeks, I was about to give up hope on deciding on a new car. As a last ditch effort, my husband and I turned into Key Hyundai. I left that night with a beautiful new car and a smile on my face. Having been turned off time and time again by pushy, sleezy (dare I say) dealers, it was a refreshing experience to find Matt. He listened to my wish list, worked through my financing options and never once pushed me into making a decision I wasn't comfortable with. Let's face it, a $20,000+ car is a weighty decision in my world. I don't want to go to bed at night worried about making the wrong decision. Sometimes little mistakes happen, as it did with me, but NO WORRIES! I came in, was handled with great care by Matt and RW and am walking away an even happier Hyundai owner. If your one of those people like I was that just couldn't settle on a car and were a little worried about financing, save yourself time and a whole lot of grief and get down to Key Hyundai. You won't regret it! More
