We went to Key Hyundai of milford because they were running radio ads that stated (we will pay you up to $6,000 over current book value for your trade).We were in a high rate loan (19%)and we were desp running radio ads that stated (we will pay you up to $6,000 over current book value for your trade).We were in a high rate loan (19%)and we were desperate to get out of that loan,thats why we went there.We had over $7,000 of negitive equity on our 2005 pathfinder and still had four yrs to pay on it.We wanted out of the high rate loan and wanted to eliminate as much of the negitive equity as possible,Our 2005 nissan pathfinder had only 62,400 miles on it,and it was in very good condition,The NADA trade in book value was $13,000,they would only give us $10,000,they said that the vehicle needed $800 in reconditioning,NADA trade in value includes for minor reconditioning!They kept us there for hrs,we told them when we walked in we only had $500 to put down,and our payment on the pathfinder was $529 a month,and we didn't want a payment higher than that.Then Matt came to us with an offer on a leftover (2011 Veracruz) of $7,000 down to keep the payment below $600,we said no way.then he said can you put more money down,and we said ok $1,000 thats it.then he came back with a payment of over $700 a month we said no way,and told him we were going to leave and go check out the mazda dealer down the road.He said hold on,about 30 minutes later,he came back with an offer of if you can put $2,000 down i can get you approved at 2.8% with a payment of $597 a month.We were desparate to get out of the high interist loan and they knew it,we told them we didn't have $2,000 to put down ,then they talked us into giving them postdated checks,so in the end we got ripped off on our trade,and rolled a lot of money into the new loan ,and they made us buy an extendid warranty,and gap insurance in order to get the new loan,now we are even more upside down with negitive equity on the new car than we were when we went there with the pathfinder,they have false ads and they take advantage of people who are in a desparate situation,if you deal with these people,keep your guard up or you'll pay in the long run.As far as we are concerned Key hyundai and hyundai motor finance are taking advantage of people who are in a bad situation More

I am an aerospace quality engineer for a local company and it provides me with great insight into quality, Meeting quality requirements is not only for product, but everything from the initial greeting to turning over the vehicle to the consumer. In my professional opinion, Alex excels in all areas. He not only provides information, he is receptive to learning from customers. We had wonderful exchange of information that I'm sure Alex will share with future customers. Key Hyundai and staff perform their jobs to perfection. This is our second Hyundai, the first, a 2008 Elantra, SE is my wife's car, This most recent purchase is a 2013 Accent GS for my son. We returned because Hyundai vehicles meet and exceed Hyundai's quality requirements and most importantly, my own requirements. The facility is excellent and on the day of our visit, it seemed to be a commercial, a beehive of activity and even through this crunch of customers, the process progressed without undue delay. I visited the dealership on Saturday to explore my options for purchasing a new vehicle. I was not completely sure what kind of car I wanted or whether I even wanted to purchase a car at the time. Randolfo was extremely helpful and caring, it felt like I was dealing with someone I could trust which put me at ease and made me feel very comforable. Randolfo was extremely friendly, professional, and enthusiastic and genuinely cared about what I wanted as a customer. He guided me through the whole process of buying the car, from explaining in detail all of the features of the Elantra to helping me get the best financing rates that I could afford, seeing that I just graduated college. i went to key to find a used car and a reliable car, the apr was 19%! the car was overpriced but i was in a bind. the salesman pushed and tryed to convince me to buy this car it was 40,000$ for a 2008 car a apr was 19%! the car was overpriced but i was in a bind. the salesman pushed and tryed to convince me to buy this car it was 40,000$ for a 2008 car at total. than i had to bring the car back 2 times in a 3 week period because it had a corroded battery and a broken air vent. they called me 3 weeks into having the car and told me the loan didnt go thru ( not fault of mine) and than i gave the car back after a lawyer looked at the contract and they said give me 4,000$ or il will see u in court. i said see u there and left the car. they were rude, with attitude problems and made it a very stressful situation for me.
