Buying a new car from Key Hyundai was a pleasant, non-stressful experience. You are greeted by no less than three employees who are all willing to help you. The showroom was bustling with potential buyers the three times I visited the dealership. My sales associate, Alex Ortiz, was very professional and friendly. I felt that I had a good connection with him right from the start. I started looking for a new car in the Summer of 2012. Alex immediately asked what my buying parameters were, type of car and price, and started outlining some of the possibilities. I realized that I needed to wait to put together a bigger down-payment. Alex called me about 3 months after my initial visit and asked me to come in again to take advantage of some dealer incentives. As a result of Alex's persistence, I am now the proud owner of a 2013 Sonata. I absolutely love the car! He is a very good salesman in that he connects to his buyers and in his own words, doesn't make a pest of himself. He knew I would be looking to buy a car by the end of this year and followed up with me. He is a very good person, very believable and works with the buyer's parameters to come up with a win/win experience.
